In partnership with the retainer I managed for SNKRS during my time at Recess, one of our initiatives was to bring back IRL integrations with larger events to cultivate community, as a part of the larger SNKRS platform strategy. For WNBA All-Star weekend we were tasked with strategizing an IRL installation that had a game-play aspect and giveaways for participants. We curated a shoot-out with a randomizer for a secret door that held either a signed jersey, customized basketball purse, an Instant Got ‘Em or a free NBA 2k pass.
